Amir Wan

CEO
Network Architects' founder, Amir Wan, has been in the IT industry more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in IT hardware provisioning, maintenance and support. Amir has handled many types of computer systems and peripherals that has existed since 1980. He was previously with Port of Singapore Authority and Mediacorp where he designs, deploys and manages complex IT and advance technology projects to meet corporate requirements. Amir Wan is a graduate with Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Canterbury University, NZ. He also has Master of Science in Software Management from Essex University, Diploma in Data and Communication Network from Information Communication Institute of Singapore (now under the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, NTU) and a MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Ian Wan Kong Wai

Ian Wan has been involved with the ICT industry for more than 24 years. He has served in Government as well as the private sector and has extensive hands-on experiences in designing, preparing technical proposals and specifications, and implementation of enterprise Local Area and Wide Area Networking projects (both domestic and international), and wide variety of data and voice communications products in the market. Ian Wan holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a Bachelors Degree in E-Business (1st Class Honours) from Multimedia University’s (MMU) Cyberjaya campus.

Tan Swee Leng (CPA)

Swee Leng has more than 25 years commercial finance experience in manufacturing, trading, retailing, freight forwarding and media industries; of which 2 years were with SGX-listed Company. Familiar with SGX reporting and statutory filing requirements. He is specialises in financial reporting and preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRSs and internal management reporting requirements and budgetary and cost control process and procedures, group accounts consolidation, products and services costing (project, job, manufacturing products, film production, data centre and engineering services costing.) In addition, Swee Leng does investment and capital expenditure evaluation – Internal Rate of Return evaluation (IRR) on investment projects and due diligence review of business acquisitions. He has conducted accounting system study involving analysis of users’ requirements, computer program controls and procedures, identifying of input data and output information and reporting requirements. Swee Leng is also familiar with governmental capital and operating expenses grants and compliance requirements. He is qualified company secretary and has his own firm, Corpservices Pte Ltd for providing company secretarial and statutory filing, company incorporation and closure, company tax computation and statutory filing.
